You will begin by having a personal business diagnostic call, defining with crystal clear focus where you are relative to the 7 Impact Areas of your business.

Going through this process one on one with you will allow you and your Real Estate Breakthrough Coach to then assess with absolute clarity what actionable steps will provide you with the greatest monetary and time returns based on where you are right now —and ultimately bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Your Breakthrough Coach will help identify the things that are keeping you from achieving the results you desire, help you identify and eliminate wasteful expenditures, capitalize on today’s most profitable opportunities, destroy anything that is preventing you from tapping into your unlimited potential — and then help you create a blueprint and strategic plan that not only is results driven, but also within the parameters you establish. It is not based on hope, theory or chance… it is modeled after those who have already achieved the results you’re seeking.

As a Breakthrough Coaching client, you will work with a highly-skilled coach, hand selected and trained by Brian, to closely match your individual needs. You will have 2 60 minute group calls Brian as your mentor and two, 30-minute, one-on-one calls with your Breakthrough Coach so that you can make measureable gains and profitable progress each and every week. You will also benefit from the synergy of the group, communicate befriend and establish relationships that will last beyond the program.

This is NOT about a long, lengthy uphill road to climb but rather, simply taking small action steps each and every week to achieve specific and measurable goals. By the end of the year, you will be astonished at the progress, gains and added income you have achieved. Your Breakthrough Coach will be someone you confide in, lean on, learn from and grow with. Someone who will ultimately understand you better than you… Your Breakthrough Coach will show you what to focus on and monitor and remind you of your dreams when you sometimes lose focus.
